How Can the Advantage Program Operations Improvements Help Us?

With partnered consulting leading to a customized Action Plan for your gift shop! We evaluate your shop’s current effectiveness and profitability, and compare to industry benchmarks. The Advantage Program accomplishes this through an advance questionnaire you fill out and return, followed by a two-day visit to your gift shop for a comprehensive evaluation of the current operation. 

Based on the information we gather, we then create your own Action Plan and help you implement it.  We will formally present the Action Plan to members of the organization, and recommend a realistic timeline for results.

Once the Action Plan is in place, we will review monthly reports and provide feedback.  We will make quarterly onsite visits to review gift shop operations and merchandising, and will provide you with appropriate written feedback.  We will also be available via telephone or email to answer questions and provide information.

Because we've worked with volunteer groups for so many years, we understand how difficult change within the organization can be.  The most successful outcomes result when the group is fully engaged in the process.  Our goal is to teach the volunteer auxiliary groups we work with how to improve their communication and leadership skills, and we are there every step of the way to facilitate the process.  Our Action Plan details what has to be done, why it has to be done, when it has to be done, who will do it, and how to best to do it.
